I am so excited to share the amazing progress of Project Fresh Colonial. This is the third home I have worked on with my clients and it’s been a wonderful partnership. The biggest compliment I can receive is when a client chooses to work together again! This living room is almost complete and it has been so much fun to see its progression. We reworked the fireplace wall completely, centering the fireplace and adding all of the trim work and the new hearth and mantel. I always like to show clients a drawn rendering of the space before we begin construction, so we are all on the same page and all agree with the design vision. I have worked numerous times with the super talented Jane Gianarelli to bring each space to life with her renderings. She always amazes me with her work and it truly helps the clients see exactly what the room can become. Here is Jane’s amazing rendering:

I am so excited to see the drapes installed and to professionally photograph this space in the future. We have been able to use several of my client’s furniture pieces from her previous home and it’s been fun to see how they can still work in this new space! One of the reasons why I love showing clients the drawn rendering, is so that we can decide if we need to make any changes and tweak the space. We decided not to use her charcoal gray chairs in front of the tv and opted for this leather swivel option. Follow along as I show more updates to this space, as well as other rooms in the home!
