With the exception of Christmas, I like to make subtle seasonal and holiday changes in our home’s decor. Whether it’s a pretty pumpkin on our mantel or a leaf plate on the table, I like to keep things simple and easy. For me, I will be much more likely to repeat the decor the following year, if it is this way! Here are the very subtle touches of fall in our home…
I love the look of white pumpkins! I may have to pick up some more and add personal touches to them. More on that in another post! So from our house to yours…
Happy Fall !!

i also love adding gold accents to my fall decor. fall is my favorite season to decorate for! (maybe because it typically means an end is near to this dreaded texas heat!) ~becky

I am with you. I like a few changes. I prefer to decorate for fall/harvest rather than a one day celebration such as Halloween.

I used to take pictures (and print them out) of my decor from season to season and throw the prints in the decor storage bins so I can remember how I displayed it the year before. Unfortunately I found that my house changes so much year to year that the pics don't really help, but it is fun to see how I displayed the seasonal stuff!

I love your home, Amber! Those pretty, little adornments added a pop of color to your light-colored interior. Well, I'm not really a fan of orange, but you've made me like it so much. Hehe! Anyway, I'm sure there are still more designs in your house that can amaze me. I hope you keep on posting them. Thanks! ๐
