Just as Cool as Waterlogue

February 16, 2014 by Amber Filed Under: Uncategorized

You may have heard all the buzz about the new Waterlogue app. It is truly amazing and can turn any image into the most amazing watercolor. It makes a plain picture look like a painting! But, for those of us that don’t have iphones and ipads, it’s not available yet. I am patiently waiting for this app to turn up for android users. So for now, I can try FotoFlexer! I first heard about this web site through my blog friend Emily and I love it! It is an advanced on line image editor that gives special effects to regular pictures. I had to try it out for myself…

My regular photo…

Edited with FotoFlexer…

Another effect…

Pretty cool, right??? This will keep me busy until Waterlogue finds its way to other smart phones!

How about you… do you like to add special effects to your photos??

My daughters take pictures of themselves on their phones and make them look like paintings, too. I never knew how they did it, but then again, other than making calls and texting, that's pretty much all I do know how how to do… lol. I think it's pretty cool, though.

These are great apps too. I don't usually take the time to play around with my photos, other than cropping and adding a filter. Not a priority for me.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to understand so much approximately this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I believe that you simply could do with some percent to power the message house a bit, however instead of that, this is fantastic blog. A great read. I’ll definitely be back.

Maybe a little late for the comments. But if you are still interested in the painting effect on your photos, you may like Arto: watercolor – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moiggi.arto.watercolor. It creates very nice watercolor effect.
